Once the app is downloaded from the App Store, you agree that the app remains the property of the Owner. All rights to the application, its design, and its content are reserved by the Owner.

Usage

Read & Preach may be used by one user at a time on the downloaded device. No account registration is required to use any feature of the app. All functionality is available immediately upon installation.

Safety & Data Storage

All data you enter is stored locally on your device only. Read & Preach does not transmit, share, or upload your personal data to any server or third-party service. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure.

Backup & Data Loss

Read & Preach provides a built-in export function that allows you to save a backup of your data to a location of your choice (e.g. Files app, iCloud Drive). It is your responsibility to create regular backups. The Owner is not liable for any loss of data due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.

Privacy & Tracking

Read & Preach does not collect, track, or share any personal data. No analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies are used. No data is shared with third parties.

Content

All content you create within the app (reports, reading progress, settings) belongs to you. Once you delete the app or your data, it is permanently removed from your device and cannot be recovered by the Owner.

External Resources

Read & Preach includes links to external resources (e.g. JW.ORG, JW Library) for convenience. The Owner is not responsible for the content or availability of these external services.

In-App Purchases

Read & Preach does not offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are fully available at no additional cost after downloading the app.

Termination

You may delete the app and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, all data is permanently removed from your device.

Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
